Nguyen van Hanh has 15+ years experience working for well known international organizations, including Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation (VVAF), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and has been with the Dariu Foundation (TDF) since 2007. Awarded with a Master in Economics of Finance and Banking by Paris Dauphine & ESCP universities in 2011, Hanh has extensive experience and skills in microfinance and management of multi-agency funded projects.
Thuong has been Deputy Manager of The Dariu Foundation (TDF) since August 2017 after an earlier 5-year stint as Project Manager from 2012 to 2017. He is currently overseeing all charitable and education projects as well as admin work at TDF. Prior to becoming Project Manager in November 2012, Thuong had spent two years as CIO and the previous two years as IT-Officer. Thuong has a vast experience in IT and project management and monitoring, as well as in office administration. He graduated from HCM University of Technology with a BA degree in 2007.
Thuy Pham has joined TDF in 2009 as an Accountant. She was appointed as Deputy Manager of The Dariu Foundation in August 2017, after serving as CFO from 2014 to 2017. Thuy graduated from Vietnam National University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing in 2009. Thuy has gained extensive experience and skills in finance and accounting through her senior role at The Dariu Foundation.
Nhuong has been Head of Microfinance Program of The Dariu Foundation (TDF) since May 2015 after an earlier 5-year stint as deputy head of Microfinance Program from 2010 to 2015. She is currently overseeing the Microfinance program at TDF aimed at improving the portfolio quality while maintaining the social sustainability. Prior to becoming head of Microfinance Program, Nhuong had spent three years as Microfinance Program Officer, and the previous five years as Branch Manager, Branch Accountant, and before that as Loan Officer. She has been with TDF from day one in Vietnam.
Nga Phan graduated from University of Economics with the major of Accounting and Auditing. She has had 4 years experience working in TDF as an accountant. Nga was appointed as CFO of The Dariu Foundation in August 2017. She is also supporting the new market - Myanmar. She was awarded as the best employee in 2016.
Thuy graduated in Accounting- Auditing at Economics and Law University, Vietnam National University in 2011. She has more than 4 years of experience in accounting, internal control and human resource management, and is now preparing to get her Certificate of Internal Auditing (CIA). She has started working for TDF as Head of Internal Controllers. She is dedicated and helpful to her team members and all branch staffs.
Stephen Pyai has over 13 years experience working for well known international organizations in Singapore, including STMicroelectronic, Siltronic, Samsung and Value Investing College Singapore. He graduated from National University of Singapore in Electronic Engineering. With his intensive skills and experience, he co-founded the first Finance Institute in Myanmar, certified by Securities and Exchange Commission Myanmar. He is also a value investor and master trainer with a profound knowledge in Fundamental Analysis and is invited regularly to give training at Yangon Stock Exchange and other financial Institutions.
Abhijit is highly educated and trained by various reputed institutions in the field of social work and microfinance. He holds Master in Social Work (MSW) from a reputed University in India. With his inborn spirit of social work started his Career in Pune based Microfinance company. After 3 years of experience he joined a Mumbai based Microfinance Company as an Executive Director.
Manuela has a vast working experience in different fields from Business Development at Ringier to Head of Management Development at Migros, Switzerland's largest employer, to Communications and Media Relations at getAbstract a successful Swiss start-up - and many more. She has an extensive international network which is a great asset to her role as fundraiser for The Dariu Foundation.
