Our People

Hanh has 15+ years experience working for well known international organizations, including Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation (VVAF), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and has been with the Dariu Foundation (TDF) since 2007. Awarded with a Master in Economics of Finance and Banking by Paris Dauphine & ESCP universities in 2011, Hanh has extensive experience and skills in microfinance and management of multi-agency funded projects.

Thuy Pham has been appointed as Chief of Operations (COO) in July 2021, after serving as Deputy Manager of The Dariu Foundation since August 2017. From 2014 – 2017 she was the Foundation’s CFO. Thuy graduated from Vietnam National University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing in 2009. Thuy has gained extensive experience and skills in finance and accounting and project management through her senior roles at The Dariu Foundation.

Manuela holds a Bachelor in Psychology and a vast working experience in different fields from Business Development at Ringier to Head of Management Development at Migros, Switzerland’s largest employer, to Communications and Media Relations at getAbstract, a successful Swiss start-up, and many more. She has an extensive international network which is a great asset to her role as fundraiser for The Dariu Foundation.

Nga Phan graduated from University of Economics with the major of Accounting and Auditing. She has had 4 years experience working in TDF as an accountant. Nga was appointed as CFO of The Dariu Foundation in August 2017.

Lan Anh joined TDF in 2014 after graduation from National Economics University with a Bachelor degree in Finance & Banking. She was first appointed to be a project coordinator, then promoted to be Project Manager of vocational program in 2018. Currently, Lan Anh is studying M.A. in Development Economics at HCMC University of Economics and The International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus Rotterdam University.

Hai graduated from Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology & Education in 2010 with a Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering major. He joined TDF since 2014 with a starting position of project assistant of Mobile School program. After dedicating more than 5 years, Hai has been promoted to be Project Manager of Digital Literacy Initiatives in 2018.

Tuan Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Ho Chi Minh University and joined TDF in 2014 as Project Coordinator for the Mobile Schools. He was instrumental in the success of the Digital Literacy Initiative and was promoted to Project Manager for the Makerspace Project in 2023.
