Nguyen van Hanh has 15+ years experience working for well known international organizations, including Vietnam Veterans of America Foundation (VVAF), United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and has been with the Dariu Foundation (TDF) since 2007. Awarded with a Master in Economics of Finance and Banking by Paris Dauphine & ESCP universities in 2011, Hanh has extensive experience and skills in microfinance and management of multi-agency funded projects.
Nguyen van Thuong has been working for The Dariu Foundation since 2008. He started as an IT-Officer, then became CIO until he was appointed as Project Manager in 2011. Thuong has a vast experience in IT and project management and monitoring, as well as in communication. He graduated from HCM University of Technology with a BA degree.
Pham Thi Thanh Thuy graduated from Vietnam National University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing in 2009 before she joined The Dariu Foundation and has achieved the ACCA certificate (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) since. Thuy is dedicated to help her team members and branch staff to achieve their goals. Thuy has gained extensive experience in finance and accounting through her senior role at The Dariu Foundation.
Thuy graduated in Accounting- Auditing at Economics and Law University, Vietnam National University in 2011. She has more than 4 years of experience in accounting, internal control and human resource management, and is now preparing to get her Certificate of Internal Auditing (CIA). She has started working for TDF as Head of Internal Controllers. She is dedicated and helpful to her team members and all branch staffs.
Min Thu has over 11 years experience working in multinational organisations in Europe and Asia, including Deloitte Consulting, PwC Strategy Consulting, Monitor Group and Telenor Myanmar. He has a Masters in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College, London. He has skills and experience in holistic corporate management, ranging from multi-industry corporate strategy, marketing, finance to business sustainability, and developed his micro finance experience, being involved in starting up a Myanmar micro finance company from pre-licensing stages to rapid expansion to 20 branches within 4 months for a private equity fund.
Ye Win Tun graduated in Physics from Mandalay University in 2002 and completed his Masters of Public Administration at Yangon University. He has been working with various non-governmental organizations for 15 years in different Asian countries. Among those were World Vision International, for whom he worked in Myanmar and North Korea, World Concern where he held senior management positions, as well as being involved in their relief response in Myanmar and Nepal.
Abhijit is highly educated and trained by various reputed institutions in the field of social work and microfinance. He holds Master in Social Work (MSW) from a reputed University in India. With his inborn spirit of social work started his Career in Pune based Microfinance company. After 3 years of experience he joined a Mumbai based Microfinance Company as an Executive Director.
Manuela has a vast working experience in different fields from Business Development at Ringier to Head of Management Development at Migros, Switzerland's largest employer, to Communications and Media Relations at getAbstract a successful Swiss start-up - and many more. She has an extensive international network which is a great asset to her role as fundraiser for The Dariu Foundation.
